Mochimugi Donuts

Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, these donuts are so delicious you’ll want to make them again and again.
If they cool down, warming them in an oven or toaster will bring back a freshly fried taste.
Ingredient

| Mochimugi flour | 120 g |
| Wheat flour | 300 g |
| Baking powder | 4 tsp |
| Sugar | 100 g |
| Egg | 1 |
| Milk | 180 cc |
| Water | 80 cc |
| Sesame seeds | 1 tbsp |
| Oil for frying | As needed |
Instructions
- Sift together the mochimugi flour, wheat flour, and baking powder.
- Mix together the egg, milk, sugar, and water.

- Combine mixtures ① and ②, then add the sesame seeds.

- Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm and cut into donut shapes.

- Heat oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry until golden brown.
