Mochimugi Sweets: Mochimugi Tea Jelly

This jelly is made with mochimugi tea, leaving a pleasantly nutty flavor in your mouth. Since it’s lightly sweetened, it goes well with whipped cream or sweet bean paste!

Ingredients

| Strongly brewed mochimugi tea | 300cc |
| Brown sugar | 20g |
| Gelatin | 1 packet (5g) |
Instructions
- Use gelatin that does not require soaking. (Some brands may require soaking, so check the instructions.)
- Add brown sugar to the hot mochimugi tea and stir. Sprinkle in the gelatin and mix well until completely dissolved.
- Once slightly cooled, scoop and pour the mixture into serving dishes, then refrigerate until set. (It is soft, so it may take some time to fully solidify.)
