Strongly brewed mochimugi tea 300cc
Brown sugar 20g
Gelatin 1 packet (5g)

Instructions

  1. Use gelatin that does not require soaking. (Some brands may require soaking, so check the instructions.)
  2. Add brown sugar to the hot mochimugi tea and stir. Sprinkle in the gelatin and mix well until completely dissolved.
  3. Once slightly cooled, scoop and pour the mixture into serving dishes, then refrigerate until set. (It is soft, so it may take some time to fully solidify.)
