Mochi-Mugi and Banana Café au Lait Bowl
				
			Perfect for your morning table! Serve chilled in summer and warm in winter♪
Ingredients

| cooked mochi-mugi | 60 g | 
| banana | 1 | 
| coffee | 50 ml | 
| milk | 150 ml | 
| Cocoa powder | as needed | 
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into 1 cm slices.
 - Place the cooked mochi-mugi and the banana slices in a bowl.
 - Mix the coffee and milk, pour over the bowl, and dust with cocoa powder using a tea strainer.
 
Optional: Add honey or sugar syrup to taste.
