The anthocyanins in blueberries may help improve eye strain and alleviate hay fever symptoms. A combination of skin-on apples, yogurt, and barley offers triple benefits for gut health!
Lycopene in tomatoes has anti-aging effects on the skin. Pairing it with barley, which helps prevent metabolic syndrome, is a great way to maintain a healthy, refreshing lifestyle!
