Mochi-Mugi and Banana Café au Lait Bowl

Perfect for your morning table! Serve chilled in summer and warm in winter♪

Ingredients

cooked mochi-mugi 60 g
banana 1
coffee 50 ml
milk 150 ml
Cocoa powder as needed

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into 1 cm slices.
  2. Place the cooked mochi-mugi and the banana slices in a bowl.
  3. Mix the coffee and milk, pour over the bowl, and dust with cocoa powder using a tea strainer.

Optional: Add honey or sugar syrup to taste.
