Crispy & Chewy Scones
Just mix and bake! These scones are crispy on the outside and moist inside.
A healthy snack made with mochi-mugi flour, which is rich in soluble dietary fiber!

| Mochi-mugi flour | 100 g | 
| Baking powder | 1 tsp | 
| Sugar | 1 Tbsp | 
| Butter | 50 g | 
| Milk | 70 g | 
| Salt | a pinch | 
| Milk chocolate bar | 1 bar | 
| White chocolate bar | 1 bar | 
Instructions

Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Sift in the mochi-mugi flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix with your hands, rubbing the butter into the flour until crumbly.

Add the chocolate (cut into 5 mm cubes) and the milk to the mixture, and combine.
 - 
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5 mm thick, then cut into triangles with a knife.
 - 
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes.
