Crispy & Chewy Scones

Just mix and bake! These scones are crispy on the outside and moist inside.
A healthy snack made with mochi-mugi flour, which is rich in soluble dietary fiber!

材料

≪Ingredient≫
Mochi-mugi flour 100 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Butter 50 g
Milk 70 g
Salt a pinch
Milk chocolate bar 1 bar
White chocolate bar 1 bar

Instructions

  1. Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Sift in the mochi-mugi flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix with your hands, rubbing the butter into the flour until crumbly.

  2. Add the chocolate (cut into 5 mm cubes) and the milk to the mixture, and combine.

  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5 mm thick, then cut into triangles with a knife.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes.
